You may cancel your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery by either completing an online returns form , or by calling us on 0800 3777999. You will be issued via email with a printable returns label and packing list. The returns label should be attached to the exterior of your parcel, and the packing list should be enclosed with the item inside. On the returns label you will see a returns number, which you should quote as your reference number during all future communication with the SecurityMAX Team regarding your returned item.

Items returned should be in their original packaging and condition. Providing we receive the goods within 7 days after your application for a Returns number is received, you will be refunded the price paid within 30 days from the date on which we received the goods. We strongly recommend that you use a courier delivery service, as SecurityMAX will not be responsible for any damage incurred during delivery or items lost in the post.

All returns are to be sent to SecurityMAX UK Ltd at the customers own expense. This excludes items we delivered that were faulty or incorrect, in which case we will inform you in advance regarding how you should send the parcel.

Any time or date quoted by SecurityMAX for despatch is an estimate only. While we will make every endeavour to meet arranged times for delivery, SecurityMAX shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss, whether arising directly or indirectly, out of any delay in delivery. SecurityMAX will replace, free of charge, any product damaged or lost in transmit provided you tell us within 7 days of delivery or, in the case of non-delivery, within 7 days of the expected delivery date, that such damage or loss has occurred. All products are sold new. We guarantee all our products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 2 years, unless otherwise specified, from the day customers receive their order. We will replace or refund items providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

Warranty is 2 year Return to Base if faulty. You will need to provide as much information as possible regarding the fault, as well as the original invoice or delivery note number.

All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by us. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.

You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose.
